A meeting of all partners from WP 4 took place at the ProdAl Scarl premises, on July 2nd 2021.
During the meeting, each partner introduced themselves, and then Mrs. Ferrari (representing the host organization), made a brief presentation about the project, its main objectives, the methodology and the timeline.
Then, WP 4 was presented in detail, with special attention to the activities of Task 4.1, highlighting the need to assess the water and energy consumption and the wastes (tomato pomace and wastewater) generation.
What followed was a presentation of the results from the first eight months of the project, after which the participants discussed extensively about the results, as well as mapped all future actions.
