Four large scale demonstrators representing five different sectors of the food and beverage industry will be demonstrated in the AccelWater project.
These include:
- Industrial symbiosis demonstrator (including brewery, dairy and food processing industries)
- Tomato processing demonstrator
- Meat processing demonstrator
- Fish processing demonstrator
