On June 8th 2021, Lidia Paredes, a researcher from BETA Technological Center (UVic-UCC) participated in the conference “Horizon Europe-Aigua” organized by the Catalan Water Partnership and ACCIÓ.
This specific session about the water was part of the Horizon Europe Week and its objective was to explain the lines of action and funding priorities of the Horizon Europe programme for the coming years.
During the first part of the session, Juan Carlos García (CDTI) presented the Horizon Europe-Water programme and Jennifer Ruiz (ACCIÓ) explained the opportunities for the Horizon Europe-Water.
During the second part of the session, 8 representatives of entities associated to CWP presented some examples of projects focused on the water topic corresponding to previous calls of the H2020 programme.
More specifically, the projects presented were: Next Gen – ADASA, AccelWater – BETA TC (UVic-UCC), BwaterSmart – CETAQUA, SEA4VALUE – Eurecat, DSWAP – IDAEA-CSIC, INDIA-H2O – LEITAT, HYDROUSA – AERIS, Digital Water City – ICRA and GALATEA.
