Our partners, MATIS, are participating in the 1st Bremerhaven Conference on Blue Economy and Fish Processing, a hybrid event that will take place in Bremerhaven and online (March 15th and 16th 2023). It is organized by ttz Bremerhaven.
This conference aims to give an overview about the current challenges, trends and perspectives for the European fish and seafood processing industry. One main focus will be by-products handling, processing and valorisation as well as process optimisation to get the most and the best out of your raw material.
Our project will be mentioned during a presentation entitled “Process Water: An Underutilized By-Product – Potentials for Valorisation” by Hildur Inga Sveinsdóttir, PhD, an experienced Project Manager (MATIS) and Adjunct Lecturer (University of Iceland).
