On April 27th 2022, PRODAL and ANICAV from the tomato processing demonstrator in Italy, organized a webinar addressed to ANICAV’s members (ANICAV is an association representing companies operating in the sector of processing and conserving vegetable products). The webinar was attended by 30 representatives from different companies.
During the webinar, the basic concept of the AccelWater project was presented, as well as the optimization of the tomato processing process.
Additionally, particular emphasis was given to the project’s dissemination activities, aiming at the replication of the AccelWater approach to other industries.
It is the intention of both PRODAL and ANICAV to organize additional webinars in the foreseeable future, focusing on particular requests from the companies that attended this webinar.
